Terms & Conditions
- I only sell High Quality Fine Jewelry.
- Jewelry is shipped in a Presentation Gift Box. Gift wrapping is available upon request.
- My diamonds are real and none of my gold is plated.
- I test all diamonds before I sell it.
- In addition all my "New~To~You" Jewelry is Refurbished (cleaned/polished/Quality Checked) professionally before I sell it.
- I try to list my items with quality pictures, however there are times the lighting will reflect markings that are not on the item.
- If there are any markings or areas of concern I will describe them in the description.
- I sell my items with as much information as possible and I will answer any and all questions.
- If I I have any concerns about the features of an item I am selling I will include it in the description with a "Note" or a "Tip" from Kim. That way a buyer can make an educated decision to purchase.
Returns
- I accepted returns that are post marked within 3 days of buyers received date.
- Refunds will only be issued if item received is confirmed as item sent and in the same condition as sent.
- All my Diamonds are either laser inscribed or have an Appraisal and/or Sarin Report.
- If diamond is returned I will have it confirmed as the same diamond sent and if all checks out buyer will receive a refund.
- All contents are checked my numerous people before shipping and pictures are taken of the contents in the box or package.
- Diamonds are checked in and out carefully and packaged with extra care and expense.
Shipping & Insurance
- Shipping and Insurance is will be depend on the item.
- Please Register with you phone number, so if should need to contact you I will have the information.
- I Like to ship with USPS and Fed Ex.
- Any and All Insurance claims will be paid when resolved through the Insurer.
